6:59 pm	road ragers well this was probably the craziest day ever. almost got hit once on my bike, but the guy hit eric who was riding behind me instead, then the guy behind that car starts yelling at us about how it's our fault, and how bikes don't belong on the street, and cussing at us and shit, and we're like fuck you piece of shit and eric kicks his side mirror off, and the guy flips a bitch and starts chasing eric! trying to run him over! i'm trying to catch up to 'em cause my chain popped off when i was dodging the first car, while eric's trying to get away from this psycho dodging all over the broadway, and the guy's even going into on-comming traffic trying to run him over! he drives off the road onto the sidewalk and nails eric. eric jumps up and grab's his bike and throws it into some random lady's truck and they take off. i'm on the phone with the cops freaking out, and trying to get the guy's plates, the guy sees me and starts chassing me on foot! so here i am running as fast as i can in clips, with my bike on my shoulder and phone in the other hand, and this guy's running at me yelling come back you little pussy, i'm gonna kill you and i'm like fuck you you just tried to kill him you're fucking insane! and the dispatcher on the other end of the phone's all please calm down sir, you need to calm down. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!?! CALM DOWN!?!?! this guy just tried to kill eric and now he's comming after me, and she wants me to calm down!? while he's running after me!?! YEAH RIGHT! some guy came to help me though, and the other guy stopped cause he couldn't take both of us. so the cops end up comming, and end up letting the guy go, cause eric didn't come back, cause he was way too far away, and had no bike or anything to get there. but we went into the police station later and gave them eric's report. right now the case is criminal damage with eric as the "bad guy", but i'm sure that will change once it all gets sorted out. seriously, that guy was fucking nuts. there's no way he can get away with that shit, road rage and attempted vehicular manslaughter, i hope he goes to jail for a long fucking time once this is all taken care of, people like that don't belong on the streets, let alone behind the wheel. Current Mood: drained

3:02 pm	two nights ago was the first time i ever thought i was actually going to die. all i could think was that i'd finaly realy fucked up. i didn't feel scared or anything like that, just sad and calm. the doctor said a lil to the outside and i'd have cut tendons and lost use of my thumb, a lil to the inside and i'd have prolly bled to death before i go to the hospital. but luckly there's no real damage, the cut managed to land right between the two, just 8 stitches and a soon to be gnarly scar. i'm sure there's someone to thank for that. so don't play with sharp jagged broken aluminum broom handles, they'll fuck your shit up.

5:03 pm	sometimes it's flooded as the mississippi on my street. sometimes my room has it's own a/c unit and it's hella nice and cold. plus there's a lil yard, and a big ass shed that's gonna be my workshop. the new house is fucking sweet. i'll take pictures of it and post 'em sooner or later.

9:48 pm	so finaly, after 6 damn days of august, and 2 and a half weeks of couch sleeping we can finally move in tomorrow. we were supposed to move in today, but the stupid carpet guys only did half of it. so supposedly we get to move in tomorrow after they finish around 12. but i have my doubts.

1:02 pm	my limbs are all back in commition. so's my phone. i'll be living at seldon's for the next two weeks, as mike and i's lease is up at our place today, and we can't move into the new place with tim till the 1st, maybe 2nd or 3rd? also i don't have work till the 25th. so i've got a hell of a lot of free time on my hands. gimmie a call. 6:45 pm	casts are the most annoying things EVER. it doesn't hurt at all, but i can't walk, cause if i do i'll fuck my shit up more. and i can totally take my arm cast off, so i'm not sure if it's actually doing anyone any good, the least of all me. what a nusance i have a wheel chair. i hate it. it goes everywhere with me. i have a new bike. it's fucking bad ass. i love it. it sits in a corner in my appartment. things need to be switched around in those departments.

1:00 pm	the past few days have been awsome, got the money from that guys insurence, and got my new treck 1200. it's so sweet. talked to a lawyer about the whole bike "theft" thing. he said to fight it, cause there's a difference between taking abandoned property and stealing. which is what i've been saying all along. so mike and i should get off of that with little to no reprecusions. but then i got a summons in the mail today. i might not be around at all for a little while. i dunno. it's shitty though.

8:57 pm	your shoulder's been freezing these past few days so since the last update i turned 21, got hit on my bike by some frat kid not watching where the hell he was driving(and he's being a total bitch about paying for shit), found a girl i like, and hung out with my family a little. my mom told me she hates my tattoo's and thinks they're silly. i told her she was clearly a gay. i've grown a bitter hate for all drivers in the university/downtown area. each lane is 12 feet across, DO YOU REALLY NEED THE 3 THAT I TAKE UP ON THE RIGHT? i've gotten into the habit of kicking cars as they creep up and crowd me. and throwing rocks through the back windows of frat boys' suv's as they drive by shooting paint balls in the dark at 2 in the morning. i'm really just tired of most everyone, with the exception my group of friends and family.
